Privacy notice
Last updated 21 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to what you give us on this site: your email address when you join the waitlist, and your message when you use the contact form.
What we collect
- The waitlist: your email address and the date you joined.
- The contact form: your message, your email address and, if you give it, your name.
That’s all. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse. We don’t store them with what you send us.
Why we collect it
We use your waitlist address only to tell you when early access opens, and your contact details only to reply to your message. We don’t sell them or share them with anyone other than the providers below.
Where it is kept, and for how long
- Waitlist addresses are stored in a database run by AWS in the Europe (Stockholm) region, encrypted at rest. We delete an address when you ask, and at the latest 24 months after you joined: the database removes entries automatically at that age.
- Contact messages aren’t stored on this site. AWS emails them to our inbox, run by Google (Gmail), where we keep them only as long as we need to answer you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time, through the contact page. We use your details because you agreed to it when you sent them, and you can withdraw that agreement the same way. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Who we are
Kimlo is a project by Henri. The company isn’t registered yet; this notice will name it once it is.
